Cloke reviews
We check your business and how you’d sell Cloke.
Account linked
We set you up with a trade account and email you a sign-in link.
Trade prices
Sign in to see trade prices, order by grid or spreadsheet, and claim samples.
Approval is manual. When Cloke approves an application, they link it to an existing Cin7 contact (or create one), which is what turns on trade prices and order history.
Tiers are reviewed by Cloke. New accounts start at Silver (or the tier we agree with you).
Tiers and benefits are illustrative. Is it OK to show spend thresholds publicly, or should this say “Ask us about Rewards” until someone applies?
Questions we get asked
Who qualifies for a trade account?
Businesses that decorate or supply branded garments to others: screen printers, embroiderers, sublimation and DTF printers, and uniform suppliers. We’ll ask for your NZBN or ABN and a website or portfolio. We don’t offer trade accounts to individuals buying blanks for themselves.
Is there a minimum order or opening spend?
No minimum to open an account. Orders ship in whole garments, and there’s a courier charge on orders under your tier’s free delivery threshold.
How are wearer enquiries routed to me?
If a customer picks you on the Find a supplier page, or enters your name in a quote request, the enquiry is emailed to you and Cloke is copied. If they don’t have a supplier in mind, Cloke matches them to a nearby supplier by hand. There’s no automatic matching.
Do I have to be listed in Find a supplier?
No. Listing is optional, and Cloke controls which suppliers appear. Tell us in the application what services and areas you cover.
How do I pay?
Pay by card, Account2Account (NZ), or on account if Cloke has approved you for it. On-account terms are agreed with you after approval.
Confirm the answers on minimums, payment terms and “no individuals”. The current About and How to buy pages are inconsistent on this.
