How to buy Cloke

Cloke makes the garments. Local suppliers add your logo and look after your order. Pick the route that suits you.

This page replaces the current How to Buy, which was mostly the distributor list. The list now lives in the finder; a condensed version of this page also appears as a module on the homepage.
For groups, teams and businesses

Get it branded through a local supplier

Illustration: garment + logo + supplier

Tell us what you need. A local printer, embroiderer or uniform supplier adds your logo, confirms sizes and delivers the finished order.

  • Your enquiry goes to your supplier, or one we match you with
  • Price depends on garment, quantity and logo, so your supplier quotes you directly
  • Cloke is copied in, so nothing gets lost

Buy plain from Cloke

Illustration: plain garment in a box

Buy a plain garment to try, or a few blanks to brand yourself, at one flat price.

  • One flat price per garment, GST included
  • No volume discounts. A hoodie costs the same for one or ten
  • $8 shipping per order, however many you buy
  • Plain garments only. We don't sell branded garments direct
The shipping line differs in Terrence's mock-up (freight copy mentions free freight and a per-order rate). We've used $8 per order as agreed. Cloke to confirm the final wording, and whether Rural Delivery or AU is extra.

Getting a group kitted out: five steps

  1. Choose your garments
Browse by who it's for or by garment type. Every style has a code, so you can share a shortlist with your group.
  2. Tell us what you need
Use Request a quote. A rough quantity is fine, and you can add more styles as you go.
  3. We connect you with a supplier
If you already have one, your enquiry goes to them. If not, we match you with a local supplier who replies quickly.
  4. Your supplier quotes and confirms the details
Sizes, logo, colours and price are agreed with them.
  5. Delivered, branded
Your supplier finishes the garments and gets them to you.

What happens after you enquire

Your supplier follows up

They'll get in touch to talk about your logo, sizes and timing. You also get a confirmation email with a reference number straight away.

Your quote is refined

The first number is a starting point. It firms up once sizes, colours and artwork are confirmed with your supplier.

Cloke stays in the loop

We're copied on every enquiry. If a reply is slow, we nudge or reconnect you with another supplier.

Cloke being copied is what makes enquiries traceable. The public copy says this plainly rather than "goes to them and nobody else".

Our buying rules

The same for everyone

Cloke never undercuts the suppliers who sell our garments. That's why the rules are the same for everyone.

  • One flat public price. There are no volume discounts on plain garments from Cloke.
  • If you have a supplier, your enquiry goes to them. We don't step in between you and your supplier.
  • If you don't have one, we match you with one who replies quickly. Someone local who handles orders your size.
  • Cloke never sells branded garments direct. Branding is always done by a supplier.

Questions? Get in touch.

This is the public version of buying principle 3. The footer's "Our buying rules" link goes straight to this section.
Cloke writes the final statement. Is "never undercuts" too strong to publish? Alternatives: "protects the suppliers who stock us".

Common questions

Can I buy direct from Cloke?

Yes, for plain garments. Buy blanks at our flat price with $8 shipping per order. We don't sell branded garments direct. For those, request a quote and a local supplier will look after you.

How much does branding cost?

It depends on the garment, how many you need, and the logo (size, colours, print or embroidery). Your supplier quotes you directly. Cloke doesn't publish branded prices.

Is there a minimum order?

Plain garments from Cloke have no minimum. Suppliers set their own minimums for branding, and many are happy with small runs. You'll see it in your quote.

How long does it take?

Plain garments usually ship within a few working days if in stock; where stock is low you'll see a due date. Branded orders depend on your supplier's workload. Ask for a date when you enquire, especially for events and leavers.

Can I get a sample?

Yes. Buy a single plain garment at the flat price to check fit and feel. Registered distributors have a free sample allowance. See sizing before you order.

I'm a printer. How do I stock Cloke?
