Start early, and start with the group
The best leavers hoodie orders start eight to ten weeks before the day. That gives your committee time to agree a design, collect sizes and sort payment, and your supplier time to do the job properly.
Begin with who is wearing it. Decide if you need kids' and adult sizes, and whether staff want one too. Settle that first and the rest is easier.

Eight to ten weeks before your date is a safe target. Allow longer if you need names on the back.
What if someone needs a different size later?
