Free samples are a distributor benefit. Anyone else just buys blanks at the flat price. No branded pricing is shown. Samples never appear as a "free" option to the public.

Sample freight appliesThe garments are free, but delivery is charged at your courier rate (about $12.50 excl. GST for urban addresses) and goes on your next invoice.
Back to quick order
Samples have their own short checkout because there's no payment, no PO and no on-account choice, just style, colour, size and where to send it. They don't go through the trade cart.
The allowance is checked on the server as well as on this page. Guests can't get free garments by editing the request, and distributors can't exceed what's left even if the page is changed.
The workshop said "up to 3 samples". Is that 3 per order, 3 per year, or both? The wireframe uses 3 garments per order and 3 per year (account data shows "2 of 3 left this year"). It matters for whether the "Add line" limit and the allowance are the same number.
What does sample freight actually cost? $12.50 is illustrative. Is it charged on the sample order or rolled into the next trade order?
