Sixty years of making clothes that last

Cloke is a family-owned New Zealand company. We make the garments, and our suppliers make them yours.

About is story only. Everything distributor-related (becoming one, trade terms, downloads) moved to For distributors.
Archive photo: where it started

A family business, since the sixties

Cloke started in a small New Zealand workroom with a simple idea: make garments properly, and people will keep wearing them. Three generations later, the family is still in the business.

We still care about the same things: sturdy seams, honest fabric, and sizes that fit real people.

Cloke to supply the founding story, dates and family names. This copy is placeholder. Also: is it "60 years" or "over 60 years" for the headline?

Made to be worn, washed and worn again

Our garments go through school years, sports seasons and night shifts. We test them the hard way, and back them with a lifetime guarantee.

A Cloke hoodie from your leavers year is often still in your wardrobe twenty years later.

Sold through people who know their customers

We don't brand garments ourselves. Local printers, embroiderers and uniform suppliers do that, and they know your school, club or business better than we do. Our job is to give them good garments to work with.

Our purpose

To make clothes that people are proud to wear, and that groups across New Zealand and Australia ask for by name.

Purpose line needs Cloke wording from the workshop. "Requested brand among wearers" is the internal goal; it probably shouldn't be published verbatim.
